This is a drill guide for corner feet on a t-trak railroad module, bypassing the need for a drill press. The idea is that you cut and rip 2x4s to shape, and you use this guide to drill the holes then you'd hammer and glue in t-nuts into and use hex or carriage bolt feet.
What you need: this guide, a miter saw to chop up the feet, and a drill with a 5/16" drill bit.
Instructions:
1) chop your 2x4 into 2" pieces (clamp a scrap 2x4 section into place as a template)
2) chop the pieces precisely in half with the miter saw (two pieces at a time)
3) use this drill guide to drill holes
4) hammer in the t-nuts and then glue around the perimeter.
You're now ready to use the feet in your module construction!
