T-handle knob for 5/16in bolt by pert

There are lots of bolt knobs and handles here on Thingiverse but I had this design in mind. Maybe someone else can use it, too.
This was made to fit the trunion bolt on my bandsaw. It will fit any bolt with a 5/8in diameter head. I made the socket that receives the bolt head the same size as the bolt head to allow the bolt to be heated up and pressed/melted into place. Be sure to support everything while it cools. I held the bolt with pliers in one hand while supporting the part with my other hand to keep it straight and square to the bolt while it cooled. Run water over the bolt to speed up the cooling process.
You can print this at any resolution and infill that suits your application but since I'm using it to tighten a bolt on a power tool I wanted it to be pretty stout. I made the top, bottom, and outer walls 2mm thick with a 150 micron layer height and 35% infill in PLA.
