Added my design for the most simple surgical mask seal.
Step 1- Print in PLA
Step2-heat up with fan or over a flame or even the heat bed of your 3d printer.
step3- put surgical mask on and mold after face shape.
step4. add straps and put it over surgical mask.
Really important notice!- CAREFUL NOT TO BURN YOUR FACE. Use mask to add a layer between the PLA and your face.
Take it step by step so you can figure out what temperature you can candle. try it on your hand before putting it on your face.
It's simpler than it sounds. Pla is mold-able at very low temp.
It's not a medical device. It's empirical tested and it doesn't have any certification.
This said i can add that if you do the mold with care you will feel the difference.It's not perfect but it's clearly better than just the mask.
