Super-precise adjustable mobile phone stand mechanism
This mechanism allows the angle of inclination of the mobile phone being supported to be adjusted very precisely.
Each turn of the worm is equivalent to a 0.2° variation of the tray with respect to the horizontal.
It has a minimum tilt of 10º and a maximum tilt of 75º.
The mechanism is printed separately and joined together once all the components are available.
Infill: 10%.
It is recommended to assemble as follows:
1- Base, Worm, Gear 1, Gear 2, Gear 3 and Gear 4.
2- Up, Screw and Tray.
3- Gear cover.
4- Down.
The name of each part is specified in the images.
