Introducing the “Stockton Solar Oven”.
Note:
Please pay close attention to the printing details for each item before printing to insure things work as expected.
This is a complete Do-It-Yourself, open source project where I show how I built an evacuated solar tube oven. In this video series, I will provide viewers with all details for how they can build this oven too.
Features of this solar oven:
22-inches long by 4-inch diameter evacuated tube for larger meals.
Adjustable reflectors.
Stainless steel cooking tray with built-in thermometer.
Lightweight PVC stand.

Printing Details:
Note: Use PETG Filament since it is more UV stable. Be sure to adjust your printing temperature per the PETG filament manufacturer's recommendations.
You will need to print the following: (I used Cura for slicing.)
(2) Holders – 60% infill, no support or bed adhesion needed.
(2) Right Reflector pieces – 60+% infill, no support or bed adhesion needed.
(4) Center Reflector pieces – 60+% infill, no support or bed adhesion needed.
(2) Left Reflector pieces – 60+% infill, no support or bed adhesion needed.
(xx) Small Thumb Screws – 100% infill, no support or bed adhesion needed.
(6) Large Thumb Screws – 100% infill, no support or bed adhesion needed.

Note: You can also purchase two 36” lengths if the 72” length is not available. However, the 72” length is usually a lower cost item. You will need 4 pieces cut to 16-3/4” inches in length.
