Steerable nose gear for ULTRA MICRO aircraft

This is a steerable nose gear "kit" if you will for ULTRA MICRO lightweight R/C aircraft. This file is sized for standard .047 music wire but I've drilled it and used up to 1/16" .0625 wire with no issues. You will absolutely need a 4-40 drill and tap kit to provide a means to lock the nose gear in place in the arm. I made holes on both sides of the arm. Tap them all the way through both sides so you'll be able to use the arm on either side as needed for your particular application. I came up with this design specifically to use on kits I had ordered and was waiting for release from WillyNillies.com. As you can see the nose gear works fine after I built and flew my beta kit of the Eaglet 250. My plans are to use my nose gear design on many other Ultra Micro sized kits.
If you see any issues with my files PLEASE let me know so I can address them and update as soon as possible!
EDIT: The photograph shows the gear with 1/16" wire.
I'm working on the 3/32" and 1/8" nose gear kits as nobody produces them for sale anymore. Even Dubro stopped the beloved #234 3/32" 1/2A nose gear kit. Carl Goldberg dropped the awesome 1/8" nose gear kit quite a while ago......
EDIT 1/26/20 I just uploaded a much stronger version that I was able to fly and verify its strength a few days ago in The Eaglet 250. File names are Eaglet 055 for the arm and the nose bearing. As long as your landings aren't mostly "mild crashes" then even the first design will serve you well..
