GE-Alco Steeplecab sideframe, designed to fit the Bachmann 44 or 70 tonner trucks.
The 9.6mm diameter wheels in the 44 tonner are for a loco with worn wheelsets, the 10.5mm wheels used in the 70 tonner are for locos with original sized 3' diameter wheels.
