I understand that thehaggard's cover was difficult (or impossible) to print at the time that I'm posting this so I figured I'd make one from scratch because I wanted to have a working model.
I found that I had to print this at 1800 (very slow) due to all the small circles it was creating. I ran through about 5 attempts before I was finally able to get all the measurements and settings correct. The cover is structurally sound as well and paints great as pictured. It now fits like a glove and prints great with the following settings on my machine:
Black PLA (that came with the MakerGear M2 printer)
.35 nozzle
.95 extrusion
.2mm resolution
215 degrees
70 degrees bed temp (probably not necessary)
use plenty of supports for the wheel hinges
fan at 100%
print speed 1800 (you could probably go higher but when I set it at 2800, it turned into a rats nest due to all the fine lines.
