These are for the Stanley 014725R 25 compartment organizer.
RELATED THINGS:
Stanley 014725R organizer - large 3 compartment bin with lids plus 4 binshttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3097911
Stanley 014725R organizer - medium 3 compartment bin with lidshttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3094761
There are plenty of these organizer bins to choose from, but I wanted something that would print quicker than making an entire bin from scratch.
I updated all the models now to use 2mm walls. The inserts are each 39mm tall which is what I measured as the inside height of the bins that my case has. With that dimension the inserts sit almost perfectly flush with the tops of the bins.
These should be printed without supports (they should not need any). Let them cool before popping them off the build surface since they have thin bases and could warp removed too quick.
Note that when printing even with PLA you may need to calibrate the flow using a test cube or increase the scaling by a percent to get them to fit as designed.
The tape I used to stick these into the bins is 3M 468MP, which I had left over from a Gizmo Dorks PEI sheet I used (the 1mm is great stuff BTW). Since the bins are Polypropylene it may be hard to find a good adhesive, but the 3M stuff works well (has been holding everything together for several months now without any issues).
The 16 compartment versions were uploaded since I already designed them, however I have not printed them since they seemed to be impractical for storing screws (and would be nearly impossible to get them out. They may work for storing spools of thread or other small and tall things though. Note that the 16 compartment versions are incorrectly labeled as "12C", just ignore that stupidity, they have 16 holes.
