Staind rc tank xl snow plow blade

Designed a snow/push blade for the staind xl remixed tank..
Have not printed it yet but all looks good ..Only concern is if there is enough clearance for the front of the tracks but best i could measure it should be..If not it's a simple fix to remake/scale the hinge pins a little longer..You will need to print some type of sevo winch ect to raise and lower it remotely there is plenty available here on thingiverse..
The blade needs supports but they are minimum and don't add that much time to the print..
The bumper mount and hinge pins should print fine without supports.I plan on printing the mount and blade with .6 nozzle to shorten print time but will print the hinge pins with .4

Will probably do another version to fit the standard width tank which shouldn't be to difficult to scale it to fit...
Also did a curved blade if you prefer not to have the pointed one but it looks much cooler then the curved blade..;)

Update I printed the hinge pins and not happy with them so i am going to come up with some other type of a way to connect the blade to the bumper mount ..Probably use the same setup but will use m3 bolts to attach the hinge points ..Or m4 perhaps...Will update the files when i get them worked out...
Remixed the Hinge connectors ,made them a bit stronger and used 3mm holes to connect the blade and bumper mount ...
Finally got it printed the blade had a edge on the left angle bend that i removed and also the hinge pins were to short so i made them longer by 30mm to test out..
11-13-2019 update: Hinges are correct length now and work fine but might try to figure out a better way to connect the blade to the mount its a bit of a pain in the neck getting the 3mm screws in the hinges due to the curve of the blade ..
Perhaps some type of pins with a clip of some sort would be better for easy attach and removal ..
11-15-2019 update: Uploaded some quick connects to join the blade and bumper mount which should be easier to connect and remove the blade..Print however you like i am laying flat with supports or print standing up but they print faster laying flat with supports and probably will be stronger printed laying flat i am going to try printing them both ways and see how they do..
11-16-2019 came up with much better quick connect system to attach the blade to the bumper mount with these other things can be easily made to attach to the same connectors... i will upload pictures of the completed setup when i get it assembled ..Stay tuned!
Also working on the same type of snow plow to fit the original width non=XL Stained speed tank and will publish it in the next few days or so..
Uploaded some pics with it mounted up , works really well just needed to add some M3 nylon nuts to space the connectors on the bumper mount (see pics) now just need to get the servo winch printed and worked out...More pics coming when i get it worked out..Stay tuned!
