The Stade en Bord de Mer (Seaside Stadium) is a multi-purpose stadium hosting football, rugby league, rugby union and hockey events. It is located in Roche du Sud, Ile de Laque and where it will act as a home ground to Roche Club Sportuif de Football. It has a seated capacity of 43,093 and has 124 VIP boxes. The design of the stadium is such that it allows for maximum airflow through the stadium. Being a seaside Meditteranian climate, there is usually a fair breeze and the design of the stadium aims to encompass this. Firstly, the facade incorporates a system of shutter-like fins which allow air to easily flow onto the concourse and walkways.
