This is a full stainless steel water fog net, avoiding water contamination by plastic parts made of phtalates and bisphenol. This choise also avoids spare parts and maintenance. The lifetime of such a metallic design can be very high.
The idea is to integrate the water path into a pole. Once collected from the grids, the drops fall into a tank and are naturally drained through the pole, head for a funnel and come out by a collecting pipe. The people only have to handle the faucet to draw water from this stainless steel “pole-tank”.
The assembly is composed of an extendable pole (lowest section fixed on the ground, a collecting section, an intermediate section, one or several support grids sections) and a cover. Each section is screwable to another one and permits easier handling and cheaper transport.
Details:
• The lowest : 1 plate, 1 tube, 3 gussets, 1 nipple (welded);
• The collector: 1 coupling, 1 tube, 1 nipple, 1 collecting pipe, 1 nipple (welded) + 1 faucet, 1 removable funnel, 1 hosepipe;
• Intermediate: 1 coupling, 1 tube, 1 nipple (welded).
• Grids support :
o 1 coupling, 1 tube, 1 nipple (welded), 1 collecting pipe;
o 2 clamps, 2 arms, 4 stud bolts, 7 grids (±1,25 m²), 1 tank, 28 spacers;
o 8 bolts for arms fitting, 12 nuts;
• 1 cover.

So, I've began 2 days ago and I would like to have more time to improve the grids by extending them, or make foldable parts.
At least, I would like to apologize for my englesh.
I hope you'll enjoy. Greetings,
Laurent from France.
