This remix is an upgrade to the lever for Spring-loaded Replicator 1 Block (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:252007). Included two versions one is just the upgrade lever and the other is the upgrade lever with adjustable tension for the spring. The upgraded lever is now a one piece as oppose of lever body and cover. The old design had issues with high temperature and repeated use. For the adjustable tension a M5 set screw is needed 12mm in length. To print use 20%fill and NO supports.
NOTE: to see the failure on old lever design see last picture, top is a new part, bottom is a 6 month old part.
NOTE2: After months of use, I had occasional and random skipping, I tracked it down to a 0.21mm difference on the bearing cavity; rev3p3 (fixed spring pin) and rev3p4 (adjustable spring pin) fix the issue. Bearing is a little harder to insert/install but the better fit prevents the bearing from slide out of alignment and cause the skipping issues.
