Split-Level House

My first Split-Level house features 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath in the hall, 1 half in the master bedroom and 1 half in the basement, totalling to about 1,071 sqft. Since I've never been in it I used a plan from other splits I've actually been inside. Maybe I got carried away with the trees, but the yard is so overgrown you can barely see the actual house from the road (no one lives in it currently) and it's also on a giant hill, which in fact is probably the only reason you can see it from the street. Not that big of a house, but it would be bigger should the basement be finished. Built in 1974, this is in the same neighborhood as most of my others, right on the main street, directly across from the houses on the lake. This type of house is extremely common in that neighborhood, some being bigger than others. All SketchUp components, I edited them a little though.
