This Block in the Lower Downtown area is home to the Millennium Financial Center project, completed in 2000 at the corner of Wazee and 17th Street. The building consists of a 6-story, 145,000 SF office building with 5-levels of underground parking. The project architect was Parkhill-Ivins, the office building was designed to fit in with the architecture of the historical area, targeting both historic and modern appeal. The JP Plaza is also located here and provides offices for Wells Fargo among others. Two hotels located on the block provide rooms in the center of the LoDo area, the Jet Hotel and the Hotel Barth. Also on this block is Mongolian BBQ and various other offices.
