This is a spacer for use in mounting one of the triple MOSFET switch modules available on eBay. Listings come and go, but the current listing title contains the text "MOSFET breakout board module switch relay (15A, 60V) 3-outputs for Arduino/RPi". These modules provide three MOSFET switches that can be used with a 3D printer, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or other electronic application where higher DC voltage or current switching is required than the microcontroller can support.
The modules have two mounting holes on one edge. Unfortunately, if the module is mounted with spacers or standoffs on those two holes, the other side of the board can flex when mating the control cable connector or tightening screws on the power input terminal block. This design provides a 6mm tall riser block that is sized to match the dimensions and corner radius of the MOSFET module, with the intent that it supports the entire board, not just one edge.
The STL file should be useable as-is. If tailoring is desired, you'll also have to download the roundedCornerCube.scad file from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8812. Download the mosfet_bracket.scad file and edit the line with the correct path location if you don't use the CUSTOM library folder for the roundedCornerCase file. Locate and edit the parameters requiring changes, render, and generate a new STL file.
NOTE: The spacer was designed and used with a Mosfet module marked as v1.1, although eBay seller madeatrade has indicated the spacer plate should also work with newer versions of the triple MOSFET module.
