I got fed up with the air controller buttons on my spa breaking, the design from the factory claims to be the most robust design ever, but they are crap and break within a few weeks to a few months at best. I have 3 and have replaced all 3 twice and one 3 times, at about $20 a pop. I have 2 out of 3 broken again, and so I redesigned the thing to use a screw instead of the awful hook design on the bottom of the button.
I printed this today and installed it and it works perfectly, all you need is a broken air toggle and an m3 screw and a lock nut.
to install remove the old assembly, remove the fiberglass dowel from the plunger, install the new linkage, put the dowel back in to the plunger and put an m3 and a lock nut (I recommend stainless for both the m3 and the nut)
I printed this in 910 Nylon because that's what is loaded in the printer currently, at .2mm layers I uploaded pictures of the way that I oriented them for printing in Simplify3D
