US Hotel: The impressive bar fittings came from an 1850s pub, near Bendigo. Labels on the 1850s black bottles on the shelf were reproduced from originals. The elegant dining room has a typically rich Victorian décor and graceful lithograph of Queen Victoria and her family. --- Victoria Theatre: The Victoria Theatre, though wooden and cheaply built, was opulently decorated. Our theatre reflects this Victorian taste, with its ‘marble’ columns, exuberantly decorated balcony, proscenium arch and crystal chandelier. The theatre is open daily for inspection, or be part of the audience to enjoy the range of entertainment on offer. --- J Gray Glagow Saddlery: Thomas Gray was a prize-winning exhibitor of harnesses at Ballarat's early Agricultural Society shows. Sovereign Hill's Glasgow Saddlery was based on a photograph of Gray's shop that stood on Armstrong Street in 1861. For equestrians, the saddler sells bridles, bits, spurs, riding crops, stock whips and horse brasses. Specialty products include pocket-knives, hand-plaited belts, leather hats, wallets, saddle soap and leather dressing. --- New York Bakery: Much of the interior design of The New York bakery was based on advice from Alfred Reid, a son of the founder, John Reid. The New York Bakery is fully licensed and serves meals and light refreshments.
