I have a Camps M1S classical guitar. Since I wanted to mount a preamp to my guitar, I was not so willing to drill a big square hole on the guitar body. No! I would not sacrifise my guitar for this purpose. So the idea came for this purpose. I would still mount my Fishman Presys 301 preamp to the guitar. And it must have been on its sound hole!
This is still an continuing project.
1- One side of the mount should be taken off due to the fret location. I didnt do it on stl file. So i will do it later.
2- The guitar's acoustic sound was decreased due to closing the sound hole. So i need to open holes on the plastic in my next workshop. Hexagonal honeycomb geometry would seem sophisticated.
3-This mount fits very well on the guitar due to exact measurement. But it comes from sometimes while i am playing and touching the strings. I need to find a solution for that. A locker unit, a bolt or a mechanism that locks the preamp mount around the sound hole properly.
Note: So i drilled 2 holes in the guitar: 6.5mm output jack at the bottom of the guitar and tiny piezo hole under the saddle of guitar.
Enjoy music!
