Solo Cup Planter Drip Tray
I've been using plastic Solo cups (with holes poked in the bottom for drainage) as planters for getting my seedlings started in for a while and never had a good solution for what to use as a drip tray. These were my solution.
They're easy to print and hold a good deal of water while keeping your pot out of the water.

I developed this model in onShape, which is a free in-browser CAD program, and if you'd like to modify it feel free. For example it should be pretty easy to make it fit a different size pot or make it deeper/shallower if you'd like. The original CAD is availible online here:

Watertightness
It's important to note that your average printer settings will likely not be watertight without some tweaks. Luckily, it's pretty easy to do on most printers with standard filaments like PLA/etc. I had success immediately just by following the instructions I found on this website:https://all3dp.com/weekend-project-how-to-3d-print-watertight-and-airtight-containers/
