Solar oven with angle adjustment for sun at 44 degrees north latitude from summer of about 60 degrees to winter of about 30 degrees from the horizon. Make a copy of the model and separate all the parts to see the details and understand the instructions below. Refllective film is attached with masking tape to four 3/4 ' 2' x 2' plywood and 4 triangular 1/2' wood sections to make a large reflector with beveled cuts. 2' x 2' glass top covers a box made of 3/4 inch non-toxic and non-treated wood with food grade cardboard insulation. Cardboard boxes used for chemicals or other toxic substances are dangerous. Make sure the cardboard was used for food or fruit. When assembling the oven box, pay close attention to the screw length and location by using the x-ray face view in sketchup so you don't have screws conflicting at the attachment points. Also, make sure you make the beveled cuts required on some parts and the grooves in the door and glass top frame for carboard gaskets placement. Don't glue the cardboard in; press-fit it in. That way it makes a better gasket.
