Just bought a HBM 160A lathe chuck for my Emco Maximat 11CD.
The soft jaws was sold out and I know that I will need more of them in the future. Th design of those jaws are pretty simple so I took some measurements and came up with this.

EDIT: Since I made the base design I have now added a set of top jaws that can take hex jaws that can be easily made from 50mm hex stock that are available in many kinds of material like Aluminum/Brass/Copper/Steel/Stainless steel etc.

Disclaimer: Not yet tested by 2022 06 28 Please report any issues if you machine a set ;)

Those jaws may also be usable on chucks like generic K11-160A
My CAD is based on the original hardened jaws so they are 22mm wide while the accessory soft kaws for the K11-160A are 25 mm. However that will be easy to adjust in accordance with your needs :) Don't forget to visit my website: stockholmviews.com

Hex stock and suitable hex screws (Stock will fit the regular soft jaws but not the hex type jaws) : https://www.mcmaster.com/hex-stock/
