Toggle clamps which hold the doors flat on the Snapmaker 2.0 enclosures. My A150 enclosure doors are annoyingly bowed outwards slightly. This adds extra gaps for heat and fumes to escape, so I designed these easy to use toggle clamps which hold down the door against the frame. The clamps hold the door closed on both the top and bottom rails.
These were designed for the Snapmaker A150 enclosure but I believe they will also work for the larger ones (guessing from pictures).
The parts print without supports and use 1.75mm filament for the hinge pins, 18mm and 30mm in length (or just measure against the parts themselves, see pictures). Simply push the filament in using some pliers and they will self retain (cut them with a craft knife to disassemble).
There are two clamp designs, one for the front (F) and one for the side (S) doors. The clamp fixes into the external rails either by pushing on (Body 1) or sliding onto the ends of the frame rails (Body 2). I recommend the more secure Body 2 versions, particularly for the front clamp, although some frame disassembly is required to mount them.
Each clamp requires one each of: Body, lever, spring and clamp components. See pictures for assembly.
The front clip has two versions of the 'Clamp' component. 'Clamp 2' is a little larger and will hold the door closed more tightly, but may catch when opening the door due to less clearance (I have yet to test this part).
I have also included STEP and the Fusion 360 file if you wish to alter the design.
Update 30/12/2020: I have made the side clamp hold more firmly on the side door by updating the side 'clamp' component. I have also made a new spring 'S spring 2' (see the gold component in the pictures) which is firmer and should be much more robust than the original one.
