This is a holder for Bigtreetechs Smart Filament Sensor:https://www.bigtree-tech.com/products/bigtreetech-smart-filament-sensor.html
I dislike the idea to put it between extruder and hotend on my Ender 3 Pro. Instead I installed it before the extruder and use it also as filament guide.
The holder is simply push on and you can use the screws provided with the sensor to screw it on. The short PTFE tube will guide the filament beside the Z-rod.
