this is a model of real-world-size small coffeeshop whit stuffs in. originally created with 3ds max 2015 - units used: meter mesh is low-poly, allows you to easily build up the additional details, edit geometry. - all similar objects are instances - easy change or replace - shell modifier applied for glass objects. features: all colors can be easily modified. model is fully textured with all materials applied. all textures and materials are included. available in the following file formats: file formats: 3ds max 2012 fbx obj 3ds render is done with 3ds max 2015 version with v-ray sun and sky render and vray lights is included, just press render and you will get the same result as you can see here. please visit my other projects. if you like this product - rate it! thanks!
