Welcome to the next Mario Kart race...ON A HARBOR!!! Skyscraper Harbor is just the nickname of this cool city! The city is known for its number of high rises and skyscrapers that surround a large natural bay. Just like other cities, this one has plenty of districts!! 1. Downtown – This district is home to the world's largest concentration of corporate headquarters, law firms, insurance companies, real estate firms, banks, savings and loans, and other financial institutions. The area is marked by the huge cluster of sky high towers that provide great views of the city. The district also features a convention center with over 1.2 million square feet of exhibit space!! 2. Turbine Plaza – Located right next to Downtown is Turbine Center, a major shopping center combining retail shopping, restaurants, and entertainment into one convenient place! Always feel free to throw coins or feed the ducks at the Flowing River, which represents 'Energy and the Use of Renewable Resources.' 3. Sea Harbor – Another area adjacent to Downtown is Sea Harbor, a large area that features a sea port, cruise terminal, several resorts and residential buildings, and one of the largest malls in the city! The Harbor Bay Mall features over 3,400,000 square feet of retail and entertainment places, including shops, restaurants, bookstores, spas, entertainment facilities and even more! Spacious and uncluttered, it's ideal for a one-stop shopping spree!! 4. Newport River Walk – A nice place to walk, relax and enjoy the beauty of the city! This district features many hotels, parks, and plenty of shops and restaurants to have a spectacular time!! 5. Diamond Lakes – One of the richest and most upscale districts in the city, Diamond Lakes features several hotels, resorts, and spas in large high rise buildings!! The Diamond Lakes National Golf Club also featured here, too! Crystal Marina – The main feature of this area is the Crystal Marina, one of the largest boat harbors in the world!! Near the marina is a large arena that holds concerts and games for various sports!
