I broke my Mini-Q the first day thanks to being clumsy. Only then did I discover that parts are harder to come by than I thought. Here's a steering knuckle in case you suffer the same fate as me.
The bearing cups are a little bit delicate (the web between them) and the inside bearing is a little tighter for no reason I can figure out, so use patience and a gentle touch when installing the bearings. You'll need to sand the posts a little to get a perfect fit. I used a hobby file and it took about 5-10 minutes. I included a version that has built in supports because they work better than Cura supports. Use whichever you want, but I'd suggest going with the one with supports.
Use heavy infill for strength (90%) and 5 extra degrees of heat above your normal profile.
My Mini-Q seems to work a lot better running the car on a 1S Lipo than using AAA batteries. The electronics were flaky out of the box running fresh energizer AAAs, but since I started using the 1S Lipo it hasn't given me any problems. Your mileage may vary.
As always, use at your own risk.
Wrench to drive or drive to wrench?
