Many thanks to harmane http://www.thingiverse.com/harmane/about for his idea of vacuum trubine tool http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:496290
I try to make it and find it to complex to print.
so I decide to make very simple trubine.
external size match 52mm http://www.ebay.com/itm/300w-12000RPM-Spindle-Motor-Mount-Bracket-12V-48V-Engraver-Cutter-Marker-CNC-/121245097542?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1c3ac55e46
to make it you need
2pcs high speed ball bearing, 8x16x5 mm size, ABEC-7 qulity is the best. I find it at ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/8x16x5-mm-Stainless-Metal-Shield-Ball-Bearings-ABEC-7-SMR688-ZZ-A7-AF2-/251868279954
1pcs ER11A 8mm Straight Shank Chuck with key http://www.ebay.com/itm/C8-ER11M-100L-Straight-Shank-Chuck-Wrench-Deep-Processing-for-CNC-Milling-/191238774516?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&hash=item2c86b81ef4
1pcs ER11 1/8" spring collet http://www.ebay.com/itm/ER11-Spring-Collet-Holder-Tool-for-CNC-Workholding-milling-Lathe-tool-1-8-/291269051426?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&hash=item43d0fd0422
8pcs m3 60mm long bolt and nut http://www.ebay.com/itm/3mm-x-60mm-SLOTTED-CHEESEHEAD-MACHINE-SCREWS-M3-NUTS-AND-WASHERS-NEW-PACK-OF-5-/261041368296?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item3cc7472ce8
print 1 turbine housing, 1 vacuum hose, 2 ball bearing holder, 2-4 bearing cover, 1 turbine blade from harmane http://www.thingiverse.com/download:820170
maybe you need also good luck, 3mm drill, vacuum
you can tune scad files to match your vacuum hose diameter
unfortunately, I didn`t save scad files for bearing holder and cover, only stl available :(
at video http://youtu.be/WSDnS4di9K0 you can see result.
its 0.3mm drill and I think less than 0.1mm runout. at maximum its difficult to stop it by hands
first put bearing in holder
after put it on shaft using clamp (for example this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Heavy-Duty-Quick-Grip-6-12-Trigger-Speed-Clamp-woodwork-carpenter-spreader-/371222873026?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&var=&hash=item566e9b83c2 )
using LM8UU liner bearing put it in right position
up to 8000 rpm
