Shower door handle.
The handle is made up of two parts: the "button" and the "axis", to which is added a small reducer to adapt the diameter of the hole of the glass door, at the same time as protecting it from the screw.
To assemble this shower handle, it is necessary to print in duplicate the button and the axis. The two printed axis are fixed to each other through the hole of the door (and the small reducer) with a hexagonal bolt (and its nut) in stainless steel, M5 x 20 mm in length. Once the axis are connected to each other, all that remains, is to screw a button on each side to hide the fixing system.
There is a little play in the thread between the button and the axis. This allows the knob to be screwed in even if the printer is not set very well. This play does not interfere because the button finally locks in abutment on the axis.
My shower door is 6mm thick and has an 8mm diameter hole.

Poignée de porte de douche.
La poignée est composée de deux parties: le "bouton" et l' "axe", auquel s'ajoute un petit reducteur pour adapter le diamètre du trou de la porte en verre, en même temps que la protéger de la vis.
Pour monter cette poignée de douche, il faut imprimer en double exemplaires le bouton et l'axe. Les deux axes imprimés se fixent l'un à l'autre à travers le trou de la porte (et le petit réducteur) grâce à un boulon à tête hexagonale (et son écrou) en inox, M5 x 20 mm de longueur. Une fois les axes reliés l'un à l'autre, il ne reste plus qu'à visser un bouton de chaque coté pour masquer le système de fixation.
Il a été prévu un peu de jeu dans le filetage entre le bouton et l'axe. Ceci permet au bouton d'être vissé même si l'imprimante n'est pas très bien réglée. Ce jeu ne gène pas car le bouton se bloque finalement en butée sur l'axe.
Ma porte de douche fait 6mm d'épaisseur et a un trou de 8mm de diamètre.
