UPDATE 27.11.2019
I have simplified the joints by using a ball joint system which turned to be much better solution from the previous one.
It provides better movement on all axes.
Also in the previous version the third wheel was linked to the bike and it was steered by the bike movement. The new version has offset wheel that turns freely and enables me to attach the trolley from various positions.
At the moment it is much easier to attach and detach the trolley.
The new solution offers much better weight distribution especially in the area of the third wheel.

We all use and have regular shopping trolleys that are very useful in the day to day shopping, but also tend to be a bit heavy on the pulling hand when fully loaded.
I thought why nobody thought about adding a third wheel so they could be pulled easily without having to carry the half of their weight.
Here is a short test video of the Trolley.
This is an adaptation that adds the third wheel which in the same time plays a role as a steering wheel and also enables you to link the trolley to your bicycle by fastening it with the rear wheel skewer.
I have also removed the textile bag that comes with the trolley and replaced it with a plastic box which seemed more convenient now that the trolley is placed in horizontal position. The box is fastened to the trolley chassis with zip ties that seem to hold it really wheel.
So this is it, version 0.1 tested with moderate load and it works just fine.
In order to use make your own conversion, you will need the following parts
one 65mm skateboard wheel
two 400-500mm rods with 16mm outside diameter
6 m4x15 screws/bolts
1 m8x80 screw/bolt
2 m10x70 screws/bolts
As for the printing you will need:
2x axle joint
2x axle link
2x spacers for the skateboard wheel
everything else is 1x
The axle links are connected with the axle joints by using a m4 bolts.
The carbon rods are inserted into the axle joints and glued or bolted with m3 bolts.
kolicka1.stl and kolicka2.stl are used to fix the rods and add the main joint connector.
link.stl is the main joint that enables the trolley to go left and right and also move up and down if needed on bumps or curbs. At the same time the skateboard wheel is inserted to the bottom area and fastened with the m8 screw and bolt.
The M10 bolts are used to join the trolley clamp and the part that is used to fix the rods.
test-prikluchok-horizontalen1.stl and test-prikluchok-horizontalen2.stl are used to clamp the trolley handle and fix the trolley to the link.stl adding a third wheel to the trolley.
That is all you need to assemble the adapter.
I have used inner tire in order to prevent slippage on the carbon rods and the trolley clamp.
