This is a shaver shelf with... lots of options. Here are some examples and Amazon links (affiliate links so I might get stinking rich).
V2 : Moved safety razor/disposable razor slot. Added a hole for drop-in razor holding capabilities, moved shave soap bowl, reduced the length of the bottom shelf, thickened mid-straight razor brace, angled pencil slot, deepened top curved groove, added four small braces for stability.
There are two places for a straight edge on the right. You can place it on the bottom allowing it to rest in the slot on the back or on the top. On the top shelf, on the left in back is a rounded groove for holding any manner of things, perhaps this is where you prefer your stiptic pencil?
