Seal Set for setting metal roof seals by skrutch

This is a replacement for the tool supplied by Leak Stoppers ( https://leak-stopper.com/ ).
Mine was missing thanks to the package coming open. But from what I see all it was is a wood dowel with a stepped hole drilled in it. I created this to replace it and made it easier to hold. I wanted get started before it rains again and did not want to wait for a replacement tool. This works well and I've already installed over 200 seals.
If you wonder what these are for, they are little seals made in a circle with a foil protected butyl rubber adhesive. If you have a metal barn roof after a few years the little rubber gaskets under the screws will fail and start to leak. I tightened any screws that were loose and replaced quite a few that could not be tightened and placed a seal over each screw to protect it from weather. I was lucky to have a roof that matches the color of the gutters sold by Loews so I was able to buy a can of paint and made them match.
Print the stl as shown. I printed mine in PETG 1.6mm walls top and bottom. 40% cubic infill and 7% support touching buildplate.
If you are doing a project like this be careful! Most metal roofs are slippery.
But the end result is worth it.
