The Geman SdKfz 223 was an armoured car with similar features to the Sd. Kfz. 221, but with the addition of a frame antenna and a 30-watt FuG 10 medium-range radio set. Later versions of the vehicle were equipped with an improved 80-watt FuG 12 radio set. It was originally armed with a 7.92 mm MG 13 machine gun, but in 1938 this was changed to a Maschinengewehr 34. The crew was increased to three by the addition of a radio operator. Production ran from 1936 to January 1944, with at least 567 vehicles being produced for the army. Its full name was Leichter Panzerspähwagen (Fu).
The SdKfz 223 was usually deployed 1 to every 3 SdKfz 222.
I wargame in 1/144th scale so all my models are in this scale but it's fairly easy to up-scale to what ever you want.
Initial Model and Changes

Three new models added 30/07/2018!very early vehicles didn't have the left fender locker! (see the picture)
There are two basic models with early (A) or with late (B) vision ports, then each can have varies wheels etc and one of two types of antenna.A1 wheel guards & covered spareA2 wheel guards & uncovered spareA3 wheel guards & uncovered spare, no radiator shieldA4 no wheel guards & covered spareA5 no wheel guards & uncovered spareA6 wheel guards & uncovered spare, no radiator shield, missing fender lockerA7 wheel guards & covered spare, no radiator shield, missing fender lockerA8 no guards & uncovered spare, no radiator shield, missing fender lockerB1 wheel guards & covered spareB2 wheel guards & uncovered spareB3 no wheel guards & covered spareB4 no wheel guards & uncovered spareB5 no wheel guards & uncovered spare, no radiator shieldC1 raised antenna type 1C2 folded antenna type 1D1 raised antenna type 2D2 folded antenna type 2E1 MG34 turretF1 simple turret
This gives over 20 variations!
Some trimming of the top of the vehicle may need doing to get the folded antenna to lay flat and not interfere with the turret MG.

This is a re-mix of a number of things :- M-Bergman's 1:200 & 1:100 series. TigerAce1945's sdkfz 222, I used direwolf77's kfz 221 as the bases of my turret, can't remember were I got the tyres from?.
I haven't printed this yet!
I usually get my things printed commercially in resin.
