Remixed from R31L4ND's E3D V6 Hotend Mount for the Sapphire Plus to better support the Mosquito/Spider & clone hotends.
The collar and BLTouch mount have not been changed - feel free to re-use R31L4ND's.
BLTouch: define NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET {0, -43, 0 }
Static: define NOZZLE_TO_PROBE_OFFSET {0, -48, 0 }
Summary of changes:
Reduced length of ducts (Mosquito Hotend is slightly shorter)
Increased "height" of the 2 slots on top where you can drop nuts into, increases compatibility with thicker nuts.
Added a mount for static ABL Probes (Inductive or Capacitive), 12mm diameter probes.
Added a reinforcement bar to minimize flex when printing at super high speeds and avoid breaking during installation.
Added optional 5 mm 'spacer blocks' - the mosquito hotend is noticeably taller than the stock, so depending on your bed and where you've mounted the Z endstops, even maximally tightened screws may not be enough. If this is you, stick this spacer block with double-sided tape to the bed brackets underneath Z endstops. You will need 2 of these, 1 for each side.
