I purchased a Sabrent USB adapter (AU-MMSA) to allow me to add a mic and headphone to my iphone while using Apple's lightning-->USB camera adapter. Unfortunately the Sabrent adapter has not labled the two ports, and my colleagues can't remember that green means headphones/output and pink means mic/input.
So I've created this cover that slides over the adapter tight enough that it snaps to fit and adds icons for the inputs/outputs.
I've also included the Fusion 360 file in case you want to tweak it.
