Update 08/11/2020
Both of my original nozzles ended up breaking. They both broke along the layer joins. I believe it was due to poor printing temps. The temperature has dropped quite a bit and I was still using the same slicer settings as I had in the summer. I believe that the room temperature was too low so the layers were not bonding well enough. I have since increased the room temperature and my nozzle temp and the layers seem to be bonding together better. Just in case I have also added a slightly altered design with thicker walls.
I have tested out the wider nozzle and I believe it will work better on my driveway where I want a wider airflow but I believe that the full round nozzle end works better for blowing larger piles of leaves. I will have to wait to do further tests for now.
Summary
Needed a different leaf blower nozzle for cleaning my driveway that would fit my Ryobi Backpack 40V leaf blower. I found one that looked like it would fit (made by 3DPossible) but, due to a taper on the Ryobi blower tube, the end that attaches was just a little too loose. Instead of just scaling the print in my slicer I decided to alter the original design by extending the throat by 40mm. This allows the throat of the nozzle attachment to reach the larger diameter on the Ryobi end.
I also decided to try a model that had an output that was a little wider and not quite as high.
I have not yet tested either nozzle ends yet. I will add comments about their use later.
