With this mount you can install a Runcam Split FPV camera in the Armattan Chameleon frame instead of a dedicated FPV camera. That way there's no need for a dedicated HD camera, making the whole build lighter and the camera is sufficiently far up front to (almost) not see the props in the HD footage.
The Chameleon's original camera holder is rather complex but doesn't work with the Runcam Split. That's why I replaced most of the original parts with a single component that takes up the camera and mounts to the frame. The uptilt is 30 degrees.
The two holes used for connecting with the frame are intentionally bigger than the M3 screws in the frame (I'm using two pairs of short nylon screws). That way there is a little wiggle space between the screws and the camera mount, hopefully reducing the chance of camera jello.
Caution #1: make sure to use at least one long M3 screw to interconnect both metal halfes, otherwise you're running the risk of bending them in a crash.
Caution #2: make sure to print the camera mount in the correct orientation, that is lying on the side, so that the part looks like a "C" and not like a "U". Although this requires support, the strength of the part is a LOT higher (against forward directed forces, as in a frontal crash).
