This can be used to making a pump like a bicycle pump or other applications that require back and forward motion.
pre assemble:
I suggest drilling the holes where there will be some friction to make it much smoother.

Other parts:
2 x M3X10 mm bolt and nut
1 x M3X25mm bolt and nut
2 x M4X16mm bolt and nut
3 x M4 that is at least 16mm long or longer for mounting centering piece
2 x M4 washer rings
1 x 8 diameter at least 190mm long rod
1 x M4 bolt for mounting the rod, best to drill a hole through the rod.
Optional:
3 x M4 nuts if you don't mount it to something
