The Rommelsbacher EKM-300 is a great budget coffee grinder, but it has a high electrostatic problem.
This can be solved with spraying the coffee beans with a tiny bit of water, but then they get stuck in the bean holder as the curvature is not steep enough. Also, it is cumbersome to load if you only grind per serving.
This is why I designed this replacement, with working grind size adjustment through rotation.
As there is no direct barrier between the cone and the beans, a little lid is provided to prevent beans popcorning away.
I printed it with transparent PET, and would not recommend using PLA for this because it is brittle and might soon break.
Using self-printed things for contact with food is ALWAYS a risk, I don't recommend anyone to use it. If you do, be aware that you do it at self-risk and know the consequences: https://www.3dprintingspot.com/post/is-petg-food-safe-what-you-must-know-about-this-material
