UPDATE: Added clamps to fit 1.75" roll bar per request!
These are 1.5" and 1.75" roll bar clamps. They can be used for lots of things.
In my case... I have a set of Pro-Armor harnesses in my Polaris RZR. These harnesses attach behind the seat by wrapping around the roll bar cross-member. Other harnesses also attach this way.
While riding, these tend to slide back and forth, which changes the geometry of the harnesses. Take a break and get back in, and you're harness geometry is all messed up. Ugh.
These attach to the roll bar, which is 1.5" in diameter on my RZR XP, and hold the harnesses in place. I use 2 of these, one for each side of the harness, like shown in the picture.
NOTE: the picture shows an early test version of this that had 2 bolts to hold it to the bar. That was unnecessary, so I changed it to use just 1 bolt and that's what is uploaded here.
Although I can't think of how this would impact safety, I'm not an expert, and harnesses are safety devices. So the usual disclaimer applies: if you decide to do what I did with them, use them at your own risk.
Since I have a base, let me know in the comments if you want any other types of clamps.
PRINTING:

The STLs have 'right' and 'left' sides of the clamp. You'll need to print both to make 1 clamp. I needed 2 total clamps (one of each side of the belt). Make sure you rotate them so that they print flat (they will come into the slicer at a funky angle, sorry, I'm new to Fusion 360). See the picture on how I laid them out on the print bed.

Make sure you enable supports. They will only be used at the pivot points and the bolt holes.

Although PLA will work, I recommend a more durable material. I printed mine in PETG. ABS would probably work too.
PARTS NEEDED:

Two 1/4" bolts, 1 1/4" long, for each clamp, one for the pivot and one for the clamping portion.

Two 1/4" nuts for your bolts, I recommend the ones with the nylon insert (Nylock) so they don't come loose.
