This is basically a stiff magball carriage for a Kossel V-slot delta printer, with 43 mm spacing, based on the Ultibots K250 / D300VS carriage.

I wanted to make it really stiff with a unbroken full frame, so I made wheel tensioning using a concentric spacer. I also designed a slot belt tensioning system where the tensioner is pushed through from behind, and endstop mounts that's mounted behind the carriage.
There's built in print support on the carriage and tensioner. Easy to cut off.
For the wheel kits use M5x35 screws and nyloc nuts.
For the belt tensioner use M3x35 screws and nyloc nuts
For adjusting the wheel tensioner you can use either a 11 mm or a 7/16" wrench
The Z-height is raised by 29.5 mm on the carriage, and another 5 mm on the endstop mounts, over the stock ultibots parts.
22-10-2017:
-Concentric spacer offset was changed from 1 to 0.5mm.
-Position of the socket for the concentric spacer was moved 0.25 to the center.
-I added a 4 wheel version of the carriage. This might lead to over constraint of the linear motion rail but I wanted to test it out, and it works fine. This gives a little more stability behind the mag ball end that is otherwise positioned above the 3rd wheel. It is of course a little heavier too than the 3 wheel version. The equal tightening of 2 wheels is also a little harder. My method was twisting the wheels and try making them have the same slip against the rail.
The 3 wheel carriage is almost as stable as the 4 wheeled so for a light effector (bowden) I would go with that.
I printed mine in PLA at 210 degrees c. with 25% infill.
