Revamp of jamesmay4847's Ratchet Spool by cantloupe

First and foremost, I take no credit for the concept behind this design, that is all reserved for jamesmay4847. I printed James' original design, but I was unhappy with the thickness of the parts because I intend to use these to store the ratchet straps that stay in my car, and the fact that it needed a bearing for each spool. To remedy this, I have remodeled the same concept with a design that is not only considerably more robust, but also simpler and easier to print and assemble. This is sized for a 15' 1" strap of the thinner variety, i.e. the big box special, but I have uploaded the .ipt (for Autodesk Inventor) files should you wish to modify the size or any other aspect of the design.
