Basically, there is a breakdown in the global stock of this product, and it is a basic necessity, especially for Healthcare personnel who are at the forefront of fighting this disease. In many countries the authorities have also recommended the use of these masks (or similar) on public transport. These masks, despite being effective, also have some problems such as a short lifecycle (about 8 hours), and have another even more serious problem. Respiratory viruses, specifically SARS-Cov-2 (COVID-19) can live up to 72 hours on different surfaces. This is a problem since using a conventional mask, at the end of the day we would have a high viral/bacterial load trapped within millimeters of our nose and mouth, further exposing ourselves to these dangerous microbes.
Grind the parts with 20% filling, without support or rafts.
Heat the Mask to 55-60 degrees with a hairdryer or hot water. The circular part must be intact, which is why it is thicker so as not to deform.
When softening, bring the wings closer to the nose and the adjustment wings on the lower jaw. You can stick them to better fix them if you wish.
Warm it up and put it on your face for the final adjustments. Make sure it's not too hot! If you feel that there is a part of the mask that is not going well or is too tight, you can put a small piece of soft rubber in the contact areas.
Screw the "cover" with one or more additional filters. If you use a filter, you can use a circular piece (single or double) of a conventional mask (unwoven propylene) or add a facial pad for makeup. Half a cushion can make breathing easier.
Add elastics/straps
