Upgrade your Reprap Neo to the next level! This THING is a replacement for the original Reprap Neo X-Axis. I had a lot of trouble with the original hotend so I decided to create a new carriage for the e3d lite6 and v6.
The carriage has an integrated fan duct for the hotend filament cooling. I created a fan duct for the nozzle, feel free to create your own fan duct and upload it if you dont like this one. I uploaded the carriage as a step file.
Just write me a message if you need more information...
All the parts are my own design except the V6 fan guard. I had the idea from this THING (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:607114) but I redrew it.
UPDATE:
I got the question if this Axis also works with the J-Head... My opinion is yes. But I didnt tried it. The J-head is a little shorter than the V6 so you can not mount the Nozzle Fan i designed. BUT if you replace the Z Axis Endstop, you could eventually get a bigger build hight.
UPDATE 2:
After 2 month with this Setup I had not a single Problem with glogging or something else. The Printer is running almost 24 hours per day and I can just print print print.
