This is a Replicator 1 combined mount for a 50mm x 15mm 24V centrifugal cooling fan and protective covers for the existing extruder cooling fans. It's made a big difference to my PLA printing and the centrifugal fans seem to produce a stronger airflow than the usual rotatory ones.
You need to cut a 45 deg slice off the centrifugal blower fan (50mm x 15mm 24V; I used this one www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00TGSJUXK ) and superglue it on to the cover (there are flats for this). The nozzles need to be glued in place on the other side. You'll also need to wire the 24V fan into the Replicator control board.
The cover is mounted on the existing Replicator 1 mounting holes using two 60mm M3 bolts; and I put two washers on the thread side of each bolt to give clearance between the cover and the Replicator 1 extruder fans.
