This is a remodeled PSU mount for the Meanwell LRS 350-24v. I found the original model on here but cannot find it in order to post a remix for them. Hopefully this is ok. I dont use any mesh modeling software, just Rhinoceros. So I had to literally re-draw the entire thing in NURBs in order to make my changes.
The end cap (PSU-Cover-Small-Part.stl) has been removed so the entire thing can be printed with no supports. Works perfectly. Also the original model that I had found would barely slide onto the extrusion on the rear of the printer. It took MAJOR force to get it on. So I dont think it was dimensioned properly. I fixed that and now it slides on perfectly and yet keeps it snug enough so that it doesnt move.
This is mainly used to:
Move the PSU back about 2" to accomodate my dual Z lead screw mod.
Move the molex plug to the rear for a little cable management.
Be easily removable.
Have proper clearance for a modified PSU cover with 80mm fan. This one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3437190
The attached gcode file is set to .16 layer height, no supports, hotend 227, bed 65, infill 10%, 70mm/s print speed. I use a titan aero direct drive extruder with a .40mm end, if that helps. I dont use a layer cooling fan since most of my parts need to be structurally sound. Besides, layer cooling fans are sorta unnecessary for the most part.
