I very thanks to @ Geaz for wonderful easy design & to share his work.
I remixed it little bit as per my needs and considering the cost. The design completed today.
I will update the progress later on

Features:
Using a RAMPS 1.4 board running on Marlin 1.1.9
Used extrusions:
20x20 Aluminium Extrusions corner cubes (3d printed)
5x 340mm (X Axis) = 1700 mm
4x 320mm (Y Axis) = 1280 mm
4x 400mm (Z Axis) = 1600 mm

I used acrylic as of now (but sheet metal or aluminium I preferable)
