Red Alert Tesla Coil Plasma Globe by -IDDQD-

I loved chrisn889's Tesla Coil model and saw suggestions about modding with a plasma globe...I couldn't resist.
All i've done is replaced the black_frame_2of2 part with a new piece that includes a collar extension to hold a plasma globe. There's a little bit of wiggle room so just pad that with blue tack or something similar so the glass fits snug.
The plasma globe I used was a very cheap, USB powered 3" model. Widely available on fleabay and other sites. I removed the case then extended the HV wire with 20kV insulated cable so the electroincs can sit outside of the model. Be aware this does alter the tuning of the circuit, the longer you make the lead, the less the globe will light up without touch.
Obviously don't attempt any of this if you aren't confident about handing very high voltage power sources.
