I recently purchased a Record BS300 bandsaw. Within a couple of weeks the knob for the tracking adjustment gave way and the bolt it contained simply spun around. It was very light cheap plastic. I printed up this replacement. It will need support when printing to ensure the cavity for the cap and the bolt are retained. I used the original cap which clipped straight in.
To fit the knob I removed the bolt from the top wheel and when inserted through the knob. I then seated the bolt head in the knob and secured from the back with a nut and washer. I then reinstalled the bolt and knob.
