BMW 1250GS rear seat cover
Covers the hole when the rear seat is removed for loading luggage
Important: print the "hook" and "mushroom" pieces on their side (orientation as shown in the included slicer screenshot). The resulting parts will be much stronger.
"Mushroom" piece requires supports on the build plate. Everything else can be printed without supports.
Added STEP files in case you want to make your own version.
Pic shown is printed in Prusament Galaxy Black PETG on textured steel PEI sheet, 0.15mm layer height.
Print the base plate with the logo facing down.
Print 2x of the "hook" pieces, press fit into the base plate.
Use M3 heat-set insert for the "mushroom part" and fit with M3 screw through the base plate (10-12 mm screw length works well).
Print the logo pieces with the chamfered side down and press fit into the base plate (these will give a nicer look than the rough texture created by bridging on the base plate). Recommend a dab of gorilla glue on each to keep them from popping out if the plate is flexed.
